You can contact us on freephone 0800 97 55 111. Calls from a landline are free and you'll be connected to your nearest centre. Calls from a mobile may be subject to a network charge - you'll be connected to our Head Office, but we can redirect you to your nearest centre.

You can normally expect to receive a reply from a personal adviser within five working days.

Connexions Direct

You can also contact a Connexions Direct adviser by telephone, webchat, e-mail or text message.

They are open between 8am and 2am and you can make immediate contact with an adviser via:
