• unemployed, out of education or training for over 6 weeks?
• enthusiastic, looking to make progress and keen to try new things?

If you answer yes to all of the above, then YES you can take part!

  • Sports related (football coaching, watersports)
  • First Aid, Food hygiene
  • Driving theory test
• feel better, gain confidence and have support with personal issues
• meet new people and have fun
• get weekly one to one support to work through problems and move you forward.
