Sex and Sexual Health
Sex is a normal and healthy part of life. Some people choose to have sex outside a relationship, others wait until they are in a steady relationship. Remember, whatever the pressure, you don't have to do anything you're not comfortable with. And don't forget, the legal age is 16.

Whatever you decide - you may need to talk to someone about contraception and protection, and there's always help and support available.

Unprotected sex can lead to unwanted pregnancies and you are also at risk of getting a sexually transmitted infection (STI). So be safe - use protection!
