If you're in care, Social Services have to help you plan for when you leave care and find you somewhere to live. They should also support you once you leave care and help you sort out any problems.

If you have been in care and are moving away to go to a college or university which only provides accommodation for you during term time, Social Services have to help you find somewhere to stay during the holidays.
