Learning Agreement
- Are you 16 or 17?
- Are you working but not training?
- Would you like £250 to spend on anything you like?
What is it?
- You’ll get training that is free, useful and enjoyable.
- You get paid £250 for completing your Learning Agreement.
- You’ll develop skills for your future.
- Your employer could get £250 as well.
- Your employer will need to agree to the plan.

Talk to your Connexions Learning and Skills Broker or fill in the form below.
- Check to make sure you’re eligible for a Learning Agreement.
- Agree training that suits you and your employer. There’s a huge list of recognised training you can choose from.
- Pay you £50 when you start and arrange future payments (up to £200). If you haven’t got a bank account already we can help you set one up.
- Support you throughout your training if you need it.
